Bonding with the natural world
The outside environment connects with the inside spaces, transparency is a feature of the school's design. The outside environment uses many natural features, water flows, soundscapes, natural materials, swings, places for ball games, grassy areas, seats, quiet places, tables and chairs encouraging connection with others, textured and natural paths, climbing equipment, bike paths, sunshine and rain, a wide variety of plants and in time, small creatures. We also have a selection of life sized representational animals capturing student's imagination. Outside at Our Lady of La Vang is a wonderful place to be and to learn.
